Welcome to our contributor community! We’re excited to have you on board. Before you start uploading your content, please take a moment to review and adhere to the guidelines below. These details complement the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy outlined on our website, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

1. Age Requirement:

• • Contributors must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.

2. Banking Details:

• • To receive payments, a valid bank account is required. Make sure to set up your banking details on your contributor profile.

3. Personal Information:

• • When creating an account or submitting content, you may need to provide certain personally identifiable information, including your name, contact information, and demographic details.

4. Understanding Terms & Conditions:

• • It’s imperative to thoroughly read and understand our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Adhering to these policies is a must for every file uploaded.

5. Ownership of Content:

• • Contributors warrant that they are the sole owner of or have duly acquired unencumbered intellectual property rights to the files they upload.

6. Watermark and Copyright:

• • Do not embed your own watermark, website name, or copyright notice when uploading content. Our website protects contributor content with its own watermark upon acceptance.

7. Respectful Representation:

• • When uploading content depicting individuals of various backgrounds, ethnicities, disabilities, age, religion, gender, or sexual orientation ensure accurate and respectful representation of their identities.

8. Permissions for Stock Content:

• • Contributors must have the right and written permission to distribute any stock content containing images or videos of individuals, minors, and/or property. (Model/Minor/Property release forms are available on our website) 

9. Originality of Works:

• • Ensure that the files you upload are original works and have not been created using artificial intelligence technology or similar means.

10. Company Representation:

• • Contributors representing companies or groups must possess all necessary documents and permissions regarding copyrights for the files they upload.

11. Licensing:

• • By uploading a file, contributors grant the buyer a worldwide, exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use the files.

12. Compensation and Levels:

• • Contributors set their own prices for their work. For images, we recommend setting your price between PKR 3,000 – PKR 10,000.  
  • Contributors earn commissions based on the size of the file purchased and the number of files sold on the website, starting at 40% and potentially increasing up to 60% based on their contributor level. Levels of contributors are determined by the amount of content sold, with higher levels receiving a greater percentage of earnings.

• • Contributors acknowledge that they will not receive commissions on the use of their files for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes by the website.
  • The website reserves the right to distribute files not only on the website directly but also through partners under separate agreements. Contributors will be compensated accordingly. 

13. Content Moderation:

• • The website reserves the right to remove any previously accepted content at any time for any reason.
  • Contributors are not allowed to post any content that:
    • contains any personal information;
    • violates any local or international law, role or regulation having the force of law, including privacy laws;
    • infringes upon someone’s patent, copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right;
    • is deceitful, unlawful or falsified;
    • depicts unlawful or violent, hateful or threatening or otherwise inappropriate acts;
    • is inappropriate, obscene, derogatory, hateful, abusive, defamatory or offensive to any individual or group of individuals based on their religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or age;
    • attempts to distribute, on or through this website, any advertising; promotion; solicitation for goods, services or funds; or solicitation for others to become members of any enterprise or organization without prior written permission;
    • is for the purposes of promotions or marketing campaigns 

14. File Formats and Specifications:

• • Acceptable formats include JPEG, PNG and TIFF. Please refrain from uploading PSD files or TIFF files with layers.
  • Images must be a minimum of 4 megapixels, with a maximum size of 30 MB.

15. Content Restrictions:

• • Contributors agree not to post content that violates any laws or regulations, contains personal information, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or is inappropriate or offensive.
